Tally Master Master Name Alter Control enables control on users to alter all Master Names, such as Accounts – Ledger, Groups, Inventory – Stock Item, Stock Groups, etc.. Primary requirement of using this features is to set restriction on users to modify all the Master Names. This control helps where Synchronisation enabled between locations, where master names to be controlled by specific users to avoid duplicates and mismatch in sync. Where same access can be given specific users in Advanced User Management. Activate the Add-on. For Tally.ERP 9 Series A version lower than Release 3.6 and above Go to Tally Master Admin> F11: Features > Tally Master Features § Set “Yes” to the options “Activate/Alter Tally Master Features” and (If not activated earlier) § Set “Yes” to the options “Use Data/Company Security” and § Set “Yes” to the options “Control Master Name Alter ”
