Stock Item Details in Vouchers

Details for Stock Item Allocation

• Basic Details

  1. Stock Item Name to be used for item.
  2. Unit, Rate & Amount for stock item shall be used.
  3. Alternate Unit

• Tracking Details (Track for Receipt or Delivery) 

  Tracking Number and Date can be used to fill in the item allocations of vouchers.

• Batch Godown Details 

  Batch and Godown, can be used in the inventory vouchers, next to stock item name. Either batch or godown or both can be used where ever required.

• Order Details

  Order Number and Date, can be used to update under the item details in vouchers.

• Packing Details

Package Marks and Number of Packages, can be used to update each item.
