Tally’s Default
In Tally while displaying or printing any reports, the company name will be displayed as per “Mailing Name” of that company. When such reports are configured with columnar, if the company name is too long, such repeated columns in such report, will occupy multiple lines on the screen.

Need of this TDL
Using this tdl, a short name can be provided in the company master and same can be displayed on any reports, columnar reports. Which will have smart view on the screen and excel reports.
